Fight Like a Girl for Indiana

Who says you can't fight like a girl?
Home
Sadly I must inform everyone that I will no longer be holding or teaching Fight Like a Girl classes.  The financial burden is a bit more than I can take on at this time.  Please feel free to check out The Winning Edge Group for new instructors in this area or to see about classes that you may be willing to attend if in the Chicago area.  Thank you for all those that have allowed me the ability to teach the class.  I hope you all stay safe and aware of your surroundings!

So the big question is. If you fight like a girl can you defend yourself? We always hear the term you fight like a girl. It usually means you are weak or silly, incapable of doing what needs to be done. All that is about to change. There is a new type of women's self defense out there. The Women's Empowerment Series or as we like to call it Fight Like a Girl.

It's about giving women something real. Something they can walk away from feeling that they can defend themselves. In this day in age women have an urgent need to be safe. Think about all the women you know. Now, consider that one in every four of them will be attacked or violated in their life time. We don't need to convince you that it is a rough world out there.

The Fight Like a Girl program was designed with women in mind. To use our strengths to over come the situation.

No men--not husbands, boyfriends, fathers, only the instructors are allowed in class!
